Absurd Bird
It’s rare to get the chance to get to work with a client where the potential for creativity is limitless, but that’s exactly what we experienced when working with fried chicken restaurant brand, Absurd Bird. Absurd by name and quite literally, absurd by nature. Their appetite for fun and quirky graphics was so refreshing and to this day, they stand as one of the most original and adventurous clients we have had the fortune of working with. We worked with the brand, which has venues in Glasgow, Leeds, London, Exeter and Bath for around four years, helping take their whacky menu and culture and bring it to life through a range of collateral including menus, signboards, window stickers and social media graphics. To be fair, it was a clucking brilliant experience (sorry, not sorry).
We loved working with the AM team! We worked with them for around three years and initially kicked things off when we were launching in Exeter but they then soon moved into a position of supporting our marketing efforts across the group of restaurants. They helped reshape the whole brand, including taking care of all of our design requirements including menus, signage etc. They also played a key roll in running our social media too. We only moved away from the AM team when the decision was made to take this in-house but are super appreciative of our time working together, especially as it was in the early stages of the brands development so their input was hugely beneficial.
